Yes, we allow two four-legged residents per apartment home! We accept dogs up to 65 pounds. For more information, please visit our pet policy page.
We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.
Yes! Were across the street from The Southwest Transit Station, which will include a future connection to the light rail.

Elevate at Southwest Station is in close proximity to lots of dining options! Across the parking lot, we have Rusty Taco, Jersey Mikes, Naf Naf Grill, Noodles & Company, and Chipotle. Within our very own building, we have Five Guys and Brick and Bourbon. Were also located less than two miles from Eden Prairie Center and the neighboring restaurant's Wildfire, Redstone, Crave, and Kona Grill, just to name a few!
